Production Operative

If you answered "yes," then we have the perfect role for you! My client is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to support their food manufacturing facility both on and off the production line. This role involves feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, filling, packing, and labelling bags, assembling pallets of finished goods, and maintaining cleanliness. While experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred, it's not essential as full training will be provided. A conscientious, flexible, and proactive attitude is essential to succeed in this role. Key responsibilities include: Manufacturing products following company processes. Ensuring the factory is kept clean and tidy to food standards. Collaborating with the production team to develop and refine processes. Completing production and cleaning records.
