This is done by coordinating, controlling, and performing work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activitiesCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansPosition RequirementsEffective written and oral communicationBasic math skillsValid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)IICRC certification (preferred)At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction requiredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay is $19.50-$26.50/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, after-hours bonus, incentives, and increases based on merit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
