About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The London Clinic, a leading private hospital in the heart of London.
As a key member of our Kitchens team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and supporting the Head Chef in the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with experience of leading teams and managing kitchen operations. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Support the Head Chef in the management of kitchen operations
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Manage kitchen budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We Offer
