Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant - Temporary - Chelmsford

Our client in Chelmsford are looking for temporary cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis for a Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant for their small team on the outskirts of the City Centre. Working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, your role will be supporting the facilities management company with the following duties: Job Role General Credit Control Management including: Customer invoicing Debt collection including negotiating payment plans as necessary Making provisions for accrued and deferred income Maintaining customer portals with invoicing information Credit checking Allocation of customer receipts Maintaining internal admin system with cost sheet data and purchase orderOther duties: Purchase Ledger support including processing purchase invoices at busy periods and holiday cover Attending Project P&L Meetings as requiredRequirements: Sufficient accountancy training such as AAT level 3-4 or similar. Experience using accountancy software such as NetSuite, Sage or similar.Salary £16ph, weekly pay, free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
