Job summary: We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Programmer to develop a virtual assistant capable of autonomously answering telephone calls. This position is aimed at a developer specializing in conversational AI and natural language processing (NLP), with expertise in integrating AI solutions into telephony environments. You will actively contribute to making our solutions more intelligent and responsive to end-user needs. Responsibilities: Design and develop an AI assistant for managing and answering phone calls, capable of interacting naturally with callers. Integrate and optimize natural language processing models to improve the understanding and responsiveness of the virtual assistant. Collaborate with product and technical teams to adapt functionalities to end-users' needs. Evaluate and improve the performance of AI and NLP models, based on user feedback and test results. Ensure documentation and updating of models and development scripts for rigorous follow-up. Qualifications required: Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent. Proven experience in the development of conversational AI, chatbots or virtual assistants. Mastery of natural language processing tools and deep learning libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Experience in integrating AI into telephone systems or call management platforms. Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Desired skills : Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis technologies.
