Our compensation structure supports this approach, and each physician is supported by a dedicated nurse team for both administrative and clinical tasks.About the Role:We are seeking a Dedicated Care Physician to join our expanding medical staff. Given the growing demand for comprehensive care services, we are looking for patient-focused physicians with exceptional communication skills and clinical knowledge to meet the needs of individuals seeking a family physician. As a Dedicated Care Physician, you will have a relatively small patient roster, allowing you to deliver exceptional patient care. You will enjoy competitive compensation and incentives, along with the time you deserve to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Your Responsibilities:Devote your time to a select number of patients, focusing on compassionate and preventive primary care.Foster strong relationships with your patients and gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of their interconnected health and wellness journey.Utilize insights from same-day testing conducted by our dedicated team to provide clinical recommendations and health guidance to your patients.Create comprehensive clinical and wellness diagnoses and treatment plans, leveraging our extensive network of referral partners.
