LEM is committed to make Sustainability a strategic pillar of its development . Our Sustainability Department recently created is looking for an ESG Specialist to support the Global Head of Sustainability and the Group Head of Total Reward & HRIS on various activities and especially .
ESG requirement
- Monitor the ESG customer data base on a regular basis to keep it up to date (tool improvement, data update, user request management)
- Engage with different stakeholders to build up a NF data management process across the whole group to monitor sustainability activities and be in line with upcoming CSRD requirements
- Work on a global sustainability commuting program for the whole group with the support of local teams (defining global guidelines/ policies)
- Support on all rating updates: questionnaire completion : Ecovadis (May 2024), CDP (June/July), UNGC (June)
- Ad hoc tasks to support LEM’s sustainability agenda (Gender Gap Analysis, waste management project, Scope 1 reduction initiative, sustainability event organisation etc.)
HR & Social Reporting
- Subject matter expertise in designing new dashboards in Power BI, identifying the right metrics, layout; guide building of dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports
- Manage adoption as well as definition of new patterns, standards and processes and ensure their adoption and solutions development. Manage design and coding standards in Power BI
- Ensure execution of quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights
- Define new data collection and analysis processes. Analyze reports and identify areas where improvements can be made and manage bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment
Technical and Personal skills
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite incl. PowerBI
- At ease with data management
- ESG knowledge
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive and creative
- Experience with non-financial data management (Environment, People, Social etc.)
