Job Title: Head of Production Location: Manchester Salary: £75,000 +10K Bonus + Company Benefits Peaple Talent have partnered with a logistics business who are looking to onboard a Head of Production. This role is focussed on leading the commercial vehicle refrigeration business to success. The Role: Provide technical leadership and drive process improvements using LEAN methodologies. Lead the adoption and integration of modern technologies and design solutions to improve efficiencies Full P&L responsibility Prioritise and manage build schedules as needed to meet customer expectations The Candidate: A sound understanding of the manufacturing & assembly process for commercial vehicles Senior management level and have successfully managed a similar production process Exceptional communication skills The Package: Base salary: up to £75,000 + 10K Bonus 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays Annual bonus Access to 100s of employee perks on Perkbox Interested?
