Recruitment AssistantWe're on the hunt for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll work with our team on recruitment projects (to start, supporting our senior recruiters while learning the ins and outs of the staffing industry). This is a 100% remote position with preference towards candidates in BC.If you are tech savvy, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment, then we want to hear from you! This position has the opportunity to grow into being a full fledged Recruitment Associate over a 12-month time frame.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior recruiters with scheduling client meetings, organizing back-end systems, and documents in Google WorkspaceAssist with sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), candidate management, data collection and screeningNew business development, lead generation and email management, using outbound sales tools to track, nurture, and develop new leadsCraft personalized outreach and new marketing collateral on an ongoing basisAttend virtual client meetings, take meeting minutes, and set up necessary documentsCoordinate the full-cycle recruitment process alongside our teamQualificationsBachelor's degree required. MBA preferred3+ years in a relevant position (recruitment or sales ideal)Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel60+ WPM typing speedHome office set up and ability to work 100% remotelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive under tight deadlines within project-based environments. Experience managing multiple projects at once, with excellent attention to detail and time management.Relevant experience conducting research and understanding of organizational charts
