CRITERIA:

  • Working with DP/BP applications (preparing drawings and designing) for two multifamily projects with 12 and 50 residential units.
  • Experienced with Development Permit and Building Permit process in Vancouver/Kelowna
  • 5 plus years with designing multi-family residential projects
  • Strong understanding of spaces and how they feel
  • Drafting of architectural and interior design working drawings
  • Create and detail accurate working drawings for DP, BP and IFC sets
  • Possess a working knowledge of the VBBL and BCBC (Residential & Commercial (Institutional) Part 3 & 9)
  • Develop and prepare 2D and 3D perspectives with computer aided programs (AutoCAD and SketchUp) with a high level of proficiency
  • Coordinate proactive estimating by performing plan take-offs and measurements for quoting purposes
