This position reports to: Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate certain aspects of a UPS installation project. Each day, you will support Project Managers in the management and execution of project activities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Analyzing plan versus actual project performance supporting technically all UPS-related aspects. Monitoring progress vs plan, controlling technical implementation, and releasing technical documentation. Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed upon with the customer. Reviewing project plans and ensuring that site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed before the commencement of/and during the project.

Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's or similar degree in electrical/electronic engineering. Familiarity with UPS products is a plus. Experience with or knowledge of project management. Good understanding of technical documentation/diagrams and ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support. Good familiarity with MS Office package and SAP. Willingness to travel internationally. Profound verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher); Italian (or other European language) is a plus. Organized, precise, and efficient way of working as well as good interpersonal skills.
