Estimator – MEP Lincoln £50,000 - £60,000 About the role ·Reviewing drawings, researching materials and sourcing the options, labour, and permit costs for the project. ·Working closely with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to get appropriate estimates. ·Provide high level pricing information for optioneering and budgeting exercises to ensure the most cost-effective solution offered. ·Negotiating with multiple suppliers and specialist subcontractors. ·Preparing submission documents. ·Understand associated mechanical services. What we expect from you ·Knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing and heating etc. ·Be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. ·Good organisational skills and ability to manage a workload. ·Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting good relationships and a friendly working environment.
