To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The TA Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and roles within SumUp.What you’ll do:Fully onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives in Germany, the UK, France, Italy and other European countries.Execute on the E2E recruitment for a portfolio of positions. Set and actively use SLAs to monitor and quickly act on any hiring obstacles. Ensure process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved to meet hiring needs for Field Sales agentsSupport employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation for target marketsEstablish efficient hiring processes from application to onboardingCultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and to prioritise hiring needsSet aspirational targets which continuously improve on past hiring outcomes.
