This program is in partnership with Business France to recruit young European talent across the globe for international missions lasting 2 years and you will contribute by:Working with managers internationally (across almost 23 countries) to define and promote the V.I.E. program, coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, and publishing the job offers.Managing the VIE process: maintain the VIE dashboard and ensure a smooth follow-up with the VIEs, HRs, and managers.Operational/Administrative Tasks: Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Air Liquide for the following topics: Onboarding, logistics, housing allowance, professional reimbursement, etc.Employer Branding: Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team, you’ll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates events.Continuous Improvement Projects: Analyze areas of improvement (e.g. employer branding of the program, KPIs follow-up, animating events), propose solutions, and deploy them.What can you gain from this experience!First-hand experience in managing an international graduate program.Exposure to key talent acquisition topics such as recruiting, candidate experience, and employer branding from a global perspective.Chance to interact and network with international stakeholders.
