The Role: This isn’t a back-office job. It’s about getting stuck in, providing real support to the managers and employees, and ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly churned batch of their finest chilled goods. Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro – think disciplinary and grievance procedures. Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management. Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR. What you need to offer: Solid experience as an HR Advisor/Officer in manufacturing. A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.
