Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage teachers and support staff through job adverts, networking, and social media platforms.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs.
• Recruitment Process: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and match them with suitable roles.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet necessary safeguarding and compliance requirements, including references and DBS checks.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients, both over the phone and in person.
• Sales Mindset: A positive attitude with the ability to hit targets and drive business growth.
• Ambition & Drive: Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
