Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire Salary / Benefits £24K - £38K + Training + Benefits We are recruiting in the South East for a longstanding Water Hygiene / Legionella management outfit, providing services to a range of Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Domestic sites. They are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their longstanding team of assessors. Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company, working hands on as a Legionella Risk Assessor. " Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role. " Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 / HTM 0401 guidelines. " Excellent eye for detail. " Able to organise workload and schedule time for report writing at home. " Excellent communication skills. The Role: " Working on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Domestic sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems. " Using industry relevant systems (Visio) to create site specific and accurate schematic drawings. " Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings. " Using information from suite to create site specific legionella management plans, ensuring clients understand actions that need to be implemented to prevent legionnaires disease. " Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and technical advice.
