Community Care Worker Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Community Care Worker in Hillingdon The Community Care Worker will assist in conducting statutory Care Act Assessments for Older People and clients with Physical Disabilities, aiming to meet the 28-day performance targets and reduce waiting times for new referrals.
