Remedy Education are seeking a friendly and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join a inclusive primary school team from September 2024. The successful candidate will support the Early Years teachers in delivering high-quality EYFS education in both the indoor and outdoor settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Planning and Delivery: Work closely with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.
Support Pupils: Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Classroom Management: Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Assessment and Feedback: Assist in assessing pupils' work and providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
Extra-Curricular Activities: Participate in and sometimes lead extra-curricular activities and school events.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to continually improve your skills and knowledge.Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
LeveL 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification or above
Experience working in a primary school or Early Years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
Additional qualifications or training relevant to primary education.
Experience in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).Personal Attributes:
