About the Role
As a Service Now Developer in our Tech COO, you’ll play a key role is to ServiceNow Administrator that will work closely with Multiple Tenants and various Integration Squads. What will your day look like?
- ServiceNow Administrator that will work closely with Multiple Tenants and various Integration Squads. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively, collaborate with multiple business units, is adaptable to change and will take the initiative to help develop/manage the stakeholder’s requirement from platform perspective.
- Maintains, Develop and Enhances ITSM environment including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations
- Provide overall support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM etc.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications; coordinates application and platform patching and upgrades
- Participates in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform
- Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitors health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning
What will you bring?
7+ Years of Total Experience with 4+ Year in ServiceNow Platform
Perform application development and maintenance, including development of new features and enhancements to existing applications through platform configuration and customization
Develop systems integrations and process automation - fully utilizing the platform's workflow capabilities
Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting
Develop new data imports and transforms
Install and maintenance of the mid server
Monitor and administer ServiceNow Discovery processes in support of configuration management software asset management
Provide end-user technical support to resolve issues, answer questions and provide additional training as needed
Monitor external system integrations and provide support as needed
Provide backup to other team members, as needed, for activities such as CMDB administration, system upgrade and patching, regression testing and releasing of new applications
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Familiar with web services integrations using SOAP and REST
Functional knowledge of ITSM processes such as incidents, problem and change .
