People like you!Job DescriptionThe IKO Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and team-building focused Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. Our Global IT team plays a critical role in ensuring solutions development and delivery excellence and an engaging customer experience while demonstrating IKO's Values of Sharing Knowledge, Integrity, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Humility, and Agility. The Senior Salesforce Project Manager role will lead and directly run multiple key initiatives within the Global IT group. This role is based On-site in Mississauga, ON.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive compensation/pay package (Salary Range: $115k - $130k)Dental/Vision/Medical benefitsLife InsuranceHealth Spending AccountEmployee Support and Mental WellnessCompetitive matched retirement savings program – RRSPBe part of a long standing and stable industry leaderWHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:Planning, executing and controlling all project management activities including scope management, requirements management, coordinating technical design and development teams, testing, communication management, issue/risk management, budget and resource management.Providing leadership in PM processes and best practices to IT team members.Ensuring information and operational issues concerning project status (schedules, deliverables, costs, risks, issues) pass to and from stakeholders, project team, and management.Owning complete project life cycle from definition to completion including deploying sustainable support models.Demonstrating an excellent ability to communicate, lead and influence teams that do not directly report to PM.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.8-10+ years’ experience in IT project management, PMP certified.3-5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce projects.Proficient in project management practices, a highly effective communicator and experienced in managing multiple complex projects concurrently.Industrial Manufacturing, Building Supply sector experience an asset.Strong understanding of Enterprise applications including ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration, Financial/Corporate Performance Management, BI & Analytics, B2B and B2C E-commerce, Web/Digital Marketing platforms, Portals, Social and Mobile Applications.Experienced with the use of PPM tools, such as Planview.Experienced with managing deployments of externally procured solutions or development through the deployment of in-house built solutions.Working project experience in global companies across various time zones.WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL:Travel estimated at 10%, within North America and Europe.Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
