Contract Building Control Opportunity in London Are you a Building Control Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge in the London area? Sarto Thomas are delighted to collaborate with a few different clients in the London area. who are currently seeking Building Control Class 3 RBI's to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and site visits, domestic and commercial projects including HRB. * Stay updated with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly during construction. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. * Assist the Building Control Manager in identifying opportunities to develop and implement improvements and innovations by proactively contributing ideas, skills, and knowledge. Qualifications and Experience: * Must be registered Class 3 with the BSR. * Strong knowledge of the construction industry, specifically building control duties, methods, and techniques. * Understanding of legislation, regulations, and professional codes of practice for the sector. * Proven expertise in building control, with a track record of successfully managing projects.
