Property Manager / Block Manager – Stanmore (Part Home Based) - £36k - £42k My client is a long established, independent block managing agent based in Stanmore. Headed by a well-known and highly regarded team of directors from corporate backgrounds, the practice was established to provide the expertise and coverage of a national agent with the bespoke, customer focused and local approach of an independent specialist. With a client base spread across Greater London generally, they have a particularly strong presence in Middlesex servicing a number of loyal appreciative RTM/RMC blocks/estates whilst increasingly winning new builds and freeholder appointments through word of mouth. With virtually zero staff turnover and continual growth, they now require a competent Property Manager / Block Manager to work within the block management team dealing with all aspects of block management including service charges, insurance, major works, resident correspondence, site inspections and AGMS’s. The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will be ambitious, highly tech/IT savvy, ideally (but not essentially) IRPM qualified, highly literate, customer focused and living within sustainable commuting range of Stanmore. In addition, the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will come from a stable career background, have a demonstrable track record of progression and a good general knowledge of/exposure to block management.
