CNC Sliding Head Setter Wolverhampton. £18.50 - £21.50 / hour DOE. Attractive Overtime Potential. Night shift. Permanent Role. Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a CNC Sliding Head Setter for a growing Engineering firm based in Wolverhampton. Our client supplies their products internationally to a diverse array of sectors. This is a night shift – 4 Days per week (Monday to Thursday 19:00 – 07:00, paid breaks, 48 hrs per week) CNC Sliding Head Setter - The Role: Setting and Operating various CNC Sliding Head Machines. Producing high quality components. Loading and unloading of parts. Manual Inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers and callipers. CNC Sliding Head Setter - Skill Requirements: Experience in Operating, Setting CNC Sliding Head Machines. Experience with Star and Citizen Machines – Fanuc Controls. Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings. Experience with machining of exotic materials. Minimum of 2yrs working within a Precision Engineering Company. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Apprentice trained (preferable).
