BD Director - Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory Services

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Director with a hunter mindset.

You will have full autonomy and ownership of business development and client relations activities for Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Information Services.

Ideal candidates are BD Directors seeking more autonomy or Senior BDMs aiming for a Director role. Join us to play a fundamental role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, expanding the client base and generating revenue.
  2. Identify and execute growth initiatives, support direct sales efforts, and participate in BID meetings.
  3. Attend key conferences and trade shows, negotiate contracts, generate leads, and develop proposals.
  4. Act as a liaison with clients and internal teams, document activities, and contribute to sales strategies.
  5. Utilize internal tools for tracking sales activities and produce metrics reports.
  6. Ensure coordinated communications and support sales plan objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  2. 8+ years of sales experience in life sciences; 10+ years in CROs, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory affairs.
  3. Strong presence, confidence in presentations, and exceptional time management.
  4. Experience in EU and US markets preferred.
