Corporate Finance and Governance Lead

Corporate Governance Lead Woodford Green Hours: 28 hours per week This is a great time to join this amazing charity as a Corporate Governance Lead This exciting role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, SLT and Trustees providing practical support. As the Corporate Governance Lead, you will oversee the charity's key corporate governance documents, including the Articles of Association and the Board Assurance Framework alongside being the Policy Manager for the organisation. You will organise and attend board meetings, taking minutes, distributing board papers and sending out action points. You will also be responsible for all the statutory filing. About you You will have had experience supporting Board and Chairs in a similar role.
