SERVERS/BARTENDERS

SERVER/BARTENDER Duties: - Greet customers and take their drink orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Monitor customer behavior and prevent overconsumption or underage drinking - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Experience: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishments - Excellent math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of food service and food handling regulations is a plus
