Job Title: Customer Service Lead Location: Eastbourne Salary: £26,000k-£28,000k Work Type: Permanent (6-month probation) Woking Hours: Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pmHRGO Recruitment are looking for a determined and eager Customer Service Lead to join our clients fire door inspection, maintenance and installation company based in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, manage new enquiries and follow up with prospects to upsell and discuss services. Our clients work with commercial, industrial, and residential customers and their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation has established them as a trusted partner in the fire protection industry.
