We are recruiting for a Field Technician to join our team installing SmartStock solutions nationwide, offering: Great Salary + Travel Expenses covered Contracted to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 No bank holiday working required 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus your birthday day off Pension scheme & Life assurance Great online training academy & Career progression Buy & Sell Holiday Scheme  As a Field Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in the deployment, maintenance, and support of our cutting-edge SmartStock systems.   You'll travel across the country, working closely with our customers to ensure seamless installations, provide technical assistance, and optimise system performance.   You will need to have great customer service skills and be able to communicate with our customers through multiple channels, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.   As a Field Technician, full training will be provided, and we will be looking for you to have a great eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to support with the continuous improvement of the SmartStock systems.  Field Technician – Experience & Attributes: Electrical or relevant Product Knowledge is advantageous Full driving licence is essential Intermediate IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel Good organisation, planning and time management skills A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure Great customer service and communication skills  PLEASE APPLY ONLINE TODAY and a member of the team will be in touch   Suitable for: Field Technician, SmartStock Project Technician, inventory management, stock management, field service technician, installation specialist, maintenance support   Our client believes that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list.
