A law firm in Chicago is currently seeking a skilled Private Equity Attorney with 4-5 years of experience in private equity and M&A. The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, along with a strong attention to detail. The role involves drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents for private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
