Some of these perks include flexible hours, generous paid time off, fitness/wellness allowance, employee share ownership program, professional development support, and a ton of fun social activities and events!What the job is all about:Participate in the full software development lifecycle – requirements gathering, scoping, design, implementation, documentation, testing, and maintenance.Estimate development tasks and project effort levels.Participate in code design and code reviews.Perform debugging and troubleshooting solutions as well as provide user support.Who you are:Post secondary degree in Computer Science, or other relevant Engineering discipline.Minimum of 4 years experience with full stack software development life cycle in an agile environment.The ability to explore and integrate different tools and technologies in your applications.Experience with Test Driven Design, Behavior Driven Design, Domain Driven Design, Java Design Patterns, and principles of Object Oriented design and implementation.Knowledge and experience with unit testing and test automation.You enjoy working collaboratively on projects.You take pride in providing high quality innovative solutions.You are prepared to tackle challenging work.Adaptive to change and always looking for ways to improve.Bonus points if you have the following:Experience with one or more of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Web Platform.Knowledge of professional broadcast equipment in television standards.Familiar with Git code revision system.Equity, Diversity & InclusionAt Ross, we embrace diversity, and we want you to bring your authentic self to work.
