Leasing Consultant

Our client is looking for a Leasing Consultant for a one-year contract at their Brampton office. The role requires that you work five consecutive work days which may fall on the weekend. Responsibilities:Takes sales calls and emailsFollows up with qualified prospects to learn about their needsBooks appointments and takes prospects on toursInspects vacant suites daily/weekly to ensure they are ready for rentAccurately completes all leasing administration tasks including updating leasing workflow for each prospect, processing applications, completing lease documents, and maintaining commission reportsAssists in maintaining Rent Ready reports for all assigned sitesQuarterly market surveys, including conducting mystery shop visits to competitors, providing recommendations to senior managementEducation and experience:Degree/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience focused in salesExposure to leasing & sales in a multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be considered an asset2-3 years proven history of success in a direct sales environmentFor immediate consideration of this exceptional opportunity, please send your updated resume to Amy at [email protected] Richards & Associates would like to thank all applicants in advance for their expressed interest in this opportunity.
