The Data Ecosystem, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Domain, Marketing and SAP Platform solutions architecture team is looking for a Solutions Architect - SAS / Databricks. The National Bank is accelerating its cultural, organizational and technological transformation program. We are at the heart of an Agile and DevOps shift involving multidisciplinary and autonomous teams, dedicated to the delivery and continuous improvement of technological and business solutions in a collaborative environment. Role: • Carry out the design of technological solutions aimed at the migration of Use Cases (Data and Codes) which must be migrated from SAS 9.3 to Databricks which is part of the Horizon analytical platform which is on AWS. The work will largely be done in the “serverless” and “non-serverless” AWS architecture. • Control and document in detail the data flows supporting the business processes impacted by its solution. • Automate everything via Terraform. • Integrate the solutions developed into the current ecosystem while making it evolve • Ensure that the solutions developed respect the principles of enterprise architecture and document the technological debt when a solution deviates from it Details: • Create, challenge or contribute to the development of solutions and other necessary tasks as needed to ensure the delivery of solutions • Define technical evaluation criteria for the selection of products / technologies and to determine the technical approaches to be favored for the solutions to be successful, within a coherent systems design • Assist with proof-of-concept exercises for the adoption of new technologies • Participate in the design and execution of the development and testing strategy • Understand and determine the risks and issues related to the chosen solution. • Respect norms and standards and update documentation • Participate in the production implementation and support of the solution during the stabilization phase • Use your influence to recommend methods to improve reliability, efficiency solutions Example of technical activities to be performed: • Configure and integrate SAS with Horizon to: o 1- Access SAS from Horizon VMs o 2- Export data produced by SAS to external systems (file) o 3- Import files into SAS o 4- Access Snowflake data from SAS o 5- Access data produced by SAS 9.3 or SAS Viya from Snowflake (on FSX) o 6- Access data for applicable use cases from on prem sources through direct connect Profile Wanted • Bachelor's degree completed , related to the sector of activity, and 6 years of relevant experience or Completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 4 years of relevant experience
