KAOMBO Flexible Replacement - SURF Installation EngineerSituation in Organisation:Service supervised by: PBF SURF Installation LeaderProject: KAOMBO Flexible Replacement ProjectBlock: 32Activities:Promote safety culture within the project and lead by example to ensure team adherence to HSEQ rules.Ensure safe and ethical working practices are executed.Comply with TEPA referential and local rules/laws in all contractual requirements.Anticipate and identify risks for PBF activities and manage mitigation actions.Establish and manage activities motivating counterparts to meet project targets.Promote digitalization and innovation while focusing on costs without compromising QHSE objectives.Keep divisional Manager and all parties informed on ongoing activities status.Supervise installation engineering activities ensuring compliance with project requirements and QA/QC policy.Review and validate all necessary installation engineering documents.Control documentation readiness by reviewing and validating Contractor documentation.Raise comments on unsafe design and constructability issues.Liaise with Package teams for adequate management of installation engineering-related interfaces.Participate in project reviews as required.Attend necessary meetings with Contractors.Support SURF Installation manager and leaders in technical problem resolution and schedule monitoring.Follow/approve testing activities performed by Contractors.Prepare SOW for MWS and coordinate attendance during installation phases.Review/approve specifications of Contractor’s proposed vessels.Supervise load-out and seafastening operations in Angola when necessary.Supervise offshore installation activities ensuring compliance with project requirements.Assist CPY representatives during load-out and offshore installation.Prepare SIMOPS dossiers for operations close to or onboard FPSO.Assist SURF Installation Manager with Management of Change Requests.Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to TOTAL E&P entities.Context and Environment:The KAOMBO NORTH FLEXIBLE Replacement project is part of PBF, managing projects up to hand-over to Block Field Operation teams. PBF manages EPCI contracts with major international Contractors and local players, including onshore fabrication in Angola and offshore construction.Accountabilities:The service holder is accountable for respecting HSEQ rules and ensuring their application. The service holder shall assist the KAOMBO Flexible replacement Task Force leader on technical and interface matters and shall supervise CPI Handover process and dossier exchanges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
