Business Partner
Location: Remote, with some travel to the Midlands area required
The Role
To build and manage an excellent working relationship aligned with the customer and the contract requirements. Responsible for maximising the financial performance and customer relationship for Comensura in line with the business plan and forecast. Ensuring that all relevant parts of agreed service levels are met and exceeded at all times. This will involve close contact and liaison with all relevant internal stakeholders and ensure that they always receive an exemplary experience in line with the Comensura promises, culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Identify the shortfall/risk to relevant stakeholders when the supply chain fails to supply and explore alternate solutions.
Manage effective relationships with the customer conducting regular client review meetings and health checks.
Driving and delivering best service and value for the customer.
Share knowledge appropriately with your customers in relation to legislation, market changes and challenges demonstrating the ability to always providing the best from our technology and services.
Resolve and support your customers through the audit process, resolving any potential
Proactively increase services to our customers to maximise revenue, actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and to increase the adoption of core services (as an example, payroll and screening & vetting).What we're looking for
MSP and/or staffing experience
Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
