Job DescriptionDesign and construction in Expand Capacity project for site. Follow & facilitate local Engineering execution, particularly with the interaction this corporate program and their associated Engineering. Main tasks: Support organisationally the execution of the AP Facilities design and construction step in the expansion projects, linked to corporate program. Studies review: Support & facilitate the team specialists in reviewing the engineering documentation and allow a smooth execution. Work in close collaboration with the different engineering and technical experts to ensure good execution and alignment. Lead, when necessary, to solve interaction issues between teams. Follow up on actions and open points raised during workshops. Coordinate with internal specialists and provide inputs for meetings when necessary. Deliverables to be produced: Documentation in French or English, up to date and/or reviewed. Synthesis of client’s review/input. Presentations, communications when relevant. Up-to-date action plans. Meeting minutes writing and reviewing. Qualifications:Experience working in a project set up (project coordination, min. 3 years) in the pharmaceutical industry. Language is English in the project, so English full professional proficiency together with French is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
