Airswift is currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Risks & Reporting Engineer who will work in either Paris or Pau, France, on a key LNG project for an international energy company, starting as soon as possible. This is a 12 months renewable contract, residential basis. The designee is responsible for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the Papua LNG Project, and for the reporting at project level all along the course of the Project. As such the designee is responsible for: ? Developing, maintaining all necessary procedures for Scheduling, Progress measurement and reporting during the FEED Phase in order to properly manage these activities during the CFT and subsequent execution phase. ? Defining (and updating as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting, for all phases of the Project. ? Reviewing and commenting contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports. ? Supervising, controlling and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated project schedule supervision of scheduling and progress measurement activities during the Execution phase. ? Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions. ? Assisting TE EP PNG for the elaboration and follow up of the Integrated Planning (including Permitting and Drilling) ? Ensuring availability (always) of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation. ? Ensuring reporting at Project level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Report...) including the Content reporting. The designee shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project. The designee shall undertake all activities she/he is responsible for, or involved in, with the highest level of consideration for HSSE rules & requirements. She/he will promote safety and environment awareness / conscientiousness at all levels through an exemplary and pro-active attitude towards the Project team and with all stakeholders. The designee shall perform all activities she/he is responsible for, or involved in, with the highest level of consideration to the Project Quality Policy and management system. The designee is also accountable individually for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the Project team. ACTIVITIES ? To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements. ? To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources ? To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team. ? To develop, implement and maintain procedures, means and tools in order to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities ? To define (and update as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting, for all phases of the Project. ? To develop, update and revise the overall integrated Project Schedules (including TEP PNG activities such as Permitting and Development Drilling) as required by Project Management, and to provide analyses and simulations of new schedules also as required. To assist Packages scheduling team to review and comment contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports. ? To organize, during the Execution phase, co-ordinate, supervise and control all the activities of Planning Engineers, by informing, supporting and directing them in their roles, responsibilities and objectives. ? To consolidate the content reporting (including man-hours) from all packages. ? To define (and update as necessary) a suitable Monthly Report structure complying with Authority/Partners and Project needs. ? To supervise the development of detailed and accurate Project Monthly Report / Project Weekly Report (and any other report as requested) during all phases of Project. ? As a general manner, to provide assistance to the Project Management for all matters related to scheduling and progress reporting and general reporting, and to manage all activities related to scheduling and reporting. ? To timely report to the Project Control Manager, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern. ? To ensure and impose strict confidentiality for all the scheduling and progress measurement related documentation produced (whatever its support) ? To gather ‘lessons learnt’ about scheduling, progress control and reporting matters and provide feedback to other TOTAL E&P entities as required. CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT The Papua LNG Project is a key project as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea. Papua LNG Project is a combined onshore and offshore development project comprising: ? Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines ? Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field ? Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline ? Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby DURATION / LOCATION Start date: June 2024 End date: Aug 2025 Location: Paris or Pau, France (at candidates convenience) Status: QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualification: Engineer, or equivalent Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA requested - : English mandatory Professional Experience: 10-20 years in Oil and Gas projects, 5-10 years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
