Job Requirements / Description
FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE:Serves as an analyst for product management programs and initiatives; designs, develops, implements, and manages projects to support innovative products, services, and new solutions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Researches, analyzes, and develops recommendations to integrate emerging technology trends, insights, and best practices into new solutions for products and services. 2. Partners with stakeholders to identify technical solutions and translate these business requirements into actionable solutions that can be integrated into systems, products, and programs. 3. Collects and analyzes system and application related data to identify trends, insights, and action items based on findings. Evaluates effectiveness of systems and processes to identify solutions. Escalates outstanding defects or issues impacting the business to ensure resolution. 4. Monitors products and solutions to ensure adherence to organizational standards and business requirements. Partners with team members to configure, implement, and test functionality of systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and propose alternative solutions and recommendations. 5. Monitors project plans to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Evaluates performance of products and services against established metrics and summarizes trends and insights. Develops and presents recommendations for improvement to stakeholders. 6. Partners with team members to develop proposals for new products and services including financial costs, resources, and business rationale to support investment decisions.REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of project management processes, tools and techniques sufficient to develop, monitor, analyze, and report progress on project plans.Knowledge of financial analysis and budgets sufficient to estimate, track, and analyze project costs.Knowledge of software development processes and system integration industry best practices and emerging trends.Ability to conduct research, including gathering and analyzing data sufficient to identify trends, insights, and develop actionable recommendations for improving products and services.Ability to communicate orally and in writing to identify trends and insights, summarize findings, and develop recommendations for improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
