Restaurant Manager

Our luxury restaurant client based in South Wales is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team with a salary of £38,000 (plus tronc) on offer. What does the role entail? Your role as the Restaurant Manager will be to support the waiting team and management team as well as general manager with various responsibilities. The responsibilities being onboarding, training compliance and efficiency. You will be working alongside the rest of the management teams providing a positive work atmosphere. You will also be managing staff ensuring consistent communication among the groups and making sure to balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs. What skills will you have? The ideal candidate for this Restaurant Manager role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have experience in a high-end restaurant, although this is not essential. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can step in to support management and think on your feet. What is on offer?
