Whether you already have property sales experience or looking to get into the sector and have a proven track record in sales and closing the deal this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Package: * Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per year * Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (£27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities) * Full time permanent contract * Company pension * Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis * Career progression and support with obtaining qualifications * Other great perks associated with the role Responsibilities: * As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include: * Actively contributing to branch performance and achieving sales targets * Managing incoming property enquiries and registering potential buyers * Conducting property valuations and viewings * Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in property industry preferred but not essential * Proven track record within previous sales role * A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients * Strong negotiation and sales skills * A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed expectations * Full UK driving license and own transport For full details please submit your CV
