Test Bay Supervisor

Position: Test Bay Supervisor Location: Buckingham Hours - Mon - Friday Standard Hours Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Test Bay Supervisor to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Buckingham Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to secure a Test Bay Supervisor to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work. Daily Duties Managing a team of technicians. Carrying out tests on the assembled machinery. Assessment, repair and diagnosis of products. Commissioning of products. Strip and build duties inc wiring.Required Experience Ideally will have previous experience Testing in an Automotive Manufacturing setting but not essential. Will have experience in diagnostics. More electrically bias than mechanical. (70/30). Will have previous Senior experience or will have the experience to step up.
