Tasks<

As a team member in our in-house IT department, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of pro-beam's IT infrastructure, in particular the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and client systems<

<
Li>
You are always up to date with the latest technology and thus contribute to the continuous optimization of our IT infrastructure<
/li>
<
Li>
You are responsible for the further development of IT processes and the introduction of an ITSM tool<
/li>
<
Li>
You provide competent and service-oriented advice and support to our teams and provide second-level support<

Requirements<

Li>
You have completed a degree in computer science or training in the field of IT for system integration and have already gained professional experience in in-house IT operations<
/li>
<
Li>
You have initial experience as a project manager, process or service manager<
/li>
<
Li>
You are very proficient in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and client systems and also have knowledge of scripting, server, backup and configuration management<
/li>
<
Li>
Experience in network and IT security is desirable<
/li>
<
Li>
Very good communication skills, empathy and service orientation as well as an independent, structured way of working are a matter of course for you<
/li>

Li>
You speak very good German (at least B2 level) and have technical English skills<
