Apprenticeship Product Management

We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a Product Management Intern for a long-term internship or a part-time role whilst studying.Who we are:Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is the next-generation Structured Products provider combining derivatives knowledge from our team of experts and latest technological developments to create a comprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth clients.We are looking for a recent graduate or a student in Financial Services who wants to join our team as an intern or part-time employee/apprentice.Your main responsibilities:Still studying Financial Markets and looking for an apprenticeship, you will be joining a dynamic team with the responsibility to assist our Product Management Team worldwide.Participates in researching various asset classes: Equity, Bond, Currencies, Commodities, Private assets.Production of research notes including an investment recommendation based on a fundamental analysis of the rationale for investment as well as risks of the underlying asset or company.Contributes to the Monthly Investment Committee through the production of comprehensive support documentation.Contributes to the daily morning meeting by preparing support documentation.Contributes to the production of educational content in conjunction with the Marketing team.Assists members of the Sales team in researching their investment universe and redacting investment rationales for manufacturing products.Competencies we are looking for and that you will develop in this role:You are agile and proactive in accompanying change (in various situations). You are precise, rigorous and pay attention to details.What profile we are looking for:Studying a Master or bachelor’s degree in financial services or equivalent.An internship experience in Financial services or in Structured Products would be a plus for this position.Proficient in Office applications and Bloomberg would be a plus.Good knowledge of Financial Markets and fixed income derivatives.A working knowledge of the private assets market or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies in this class of assets.The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.Fluent in English and French.What to expect:An intra-preneurial project with the possibility to build your own brand.A boutique approach to appealing investment classes both on direct and listed markets.What to do next?Apply online and send us your best job application.
