The Role:

Are you a manager who puts your guests and your team at the heart of our business? Who really listens to and focuses on their needs? Taking full responsibility for the Guest Services team you will use your coaching skills, extensive London knowledge and passion for delivering great hospitality to ensure that everyone working in the hotel is thinking about what really matters for our guests. Exclusive theatre tickets? Helicopter ride? Quiet dinner for two? You and your team will be legendary in helping our guests make the most of their stay - and creating a place our guests love to talk about and return to.

What we look for:
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
  • Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
  • Empathetic and able to build relationships
  • An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
