Sales Progressor

Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UKs largest independent 4x4 dealerships to recruit a Sales Progressor in Chelmsford. Our client has been established for over 50 years and offers in excess of 2000 premium vehicles for sale at their state-of-the-art multi-floor showroom. As a key part of the sales team, the successful candidate will provide support to the Sales Managers. You will responsible for progressing vehicles through our process from point of order to delivery. Main duties of role: Ensuring cars are prepped ready for customers to view within agreed time frames Liasing across multiple departments to provide updates to customers and relevant internal teams Progressing all sold vehicles through Service, Bodyshop, Valet ready for smooth handovers Give direction and prioritise work load for departments Scheduling handovers in accordance with company policy Manage and maintain paperwork, keys and records Report any damage or paperwork discrepancies immediately Ensure our vehicles comply with both our client and brand standardsThe successful candidate: Self-motivated with a strong with ethic Flexible approach to work Team player with excellent communication skills High level of attention to detail Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Good with administration, diary management and following up within agreed timeframes Full UK driving licence  Salary - £35,000 per annum   Hours – various patterns and schedules and will require weekend availability   For more information, please contact Kevin in the office on (phone number removed) or (url removed)     Our privacy policy can be found on our website
