This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive growth and ensure operational excellence. The job involves managing a cross-functional team, consisting of both union and non-union personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
