Description: We have a great opportunity for you to join us in our Assets Team. Efficient and a team player with good attention to detail, you will bring with you, enthusiasm, great communication skills and will have responsibility for the efficient maintenance and repair of Council property and facilities in compliance with policy and set standards. We will look to you to undertake stock condition, HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) surveys and you’ll also oversee and work with contractors carrying out programmed two days will be the same and as well as surveying and diagnosing building defects you could find your self preparing estimates and specifications for works or even responding to ideal candidate will be flexible, organised and able to work independently.
