Mortgage Broker

Description: TEKsystem's client in Vancouver is adding a Mortgage Broker to their team. This role is best suited to someone with 1+ years of Licensed Mortgage Broker experience who is a bilingual English/Cantonese speaker. The successful candidate is eligible to earn an uncapped commission. Duties/Responsibilities: -You will field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads-You will take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals-You will submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals-You will follow up with clients for closing-You will perform follow up with multiple files-Position is in-office 8:30 – 5 Mon – Fri (Vancouver) Skills: mortgage, licensed agents, cantonese, sub-prime, residential mortgage Top Skills Details: mortgage,licensed agents,cantonese Additional Skills & Qualifications: Nice To Have: -Sub-Prime Lending or Finance Company experience an asset-Industry experience preferred (Residential Mortgage Lending)- Fluent Cantonese - written & verbal Experience Level: Intermediate Level À propos de TEKsystems: Nous sommes partenaires dans la transformation.
