Group Reporting Manager Location: South East England, Berkshire, Slough Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Accounting Salary: £550 - £700 Per day Length of contract: 3-6 months + Job Overview: IN2 Consult is currently working with a key client who are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join them on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly aqcuisitive PE backed business who is a market leader in their field. Key Responsibilities The accurate and timely completion of external financial reporting Oversee the production of Statutory Accounts for all entities Supporting Senior Leadership Ownership of the Groups’ policies and procedures Responsible for the implementation of changes to IFRS across the Group Responsible for the correct reporting of intangible assets, both acquired and internally developed capitalised expenditure Technical lead for acquisition accounting  Skills & Experience 10+ years’ experience in a Group Finance team  Expert knowledge of consolidation processes Qualified accountant ACA or ACCA Strong Reporting Background in IFRS, UK GAAP Strong exposure to Leadership and managing teams
