B2B Business Manager

We are a leading high-tech electronic device repair services company, with French parent company based in France, Spain and Poland. We pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate Head of Commercial BtoB to join our team and be part of this exciting journey. Tasks What will you do with us? You will develop our sales of smartphone and refurbished phone repair services to insurers, brokers and mutual insurance companies. You will manage the sale of refurbished phones and maintenance services to companies and various entities. You will negotiate targets and prospecting tools with our General Management and Operations Management. You will carry out daily prospecting with insurers, telephone operators and companies. You will identify synergies within our group and gather customer needs in order to establish specifications. You will develop leads and close commercial agreements to ensure the profitability of our programmes. You will report directly to the General Management of France. Requirements What are we looking for? Experience: Senior profile with a university degree and good knowledge of the insurance sector, especially in mutual insurance companies. Technical skills: Proficient in office tools and basic knowledge of English (Spanish is a plus). Tenacity and creativity: Persistent and able to come up with new ideas.
